Performance is a feature
Fast on a good laptop is easy. I build for slow networks and mid-range devices, because that's where most people actually are.
Accessible by default
Keyboard paths, focus states, and readable contrast are part of the definition of done — not an afterthought.

Small, well-bounded pieces on both sides of the API — clear data flow first, polish second.
Ship & refine
Deploy, measure, cut what isn't needed. Shipping is the start of the work, not the end.
